Custom Display Stands

A set of purpose built, market display stands that I created recently for Melbourne design label Hannmaid. I used reclaimed grey gum for this project. 

Custom Shadow Boxes

Set of 4 custom shadow boxes created from recycled floorboards. These measure 45cm x 45cm but can be made up to your required dimensions. Prices start from $45 per unit with reasonable courier shipping Australia wide. Feel free to contact me for a quote.

Work in Progress

I was recently commissioned by a couple to make a Danish style hallway table. Here are some photos of the work in progress. The piece is almost complete so I look forward to adding some final photos shortly.

Timber Planter Boxes

Sleek and stylish with a nod to danish design with their funky criss cross legs, I've handcrafted these planter boxes from reclaimed timber. I've laminated and dowelled the joints for a distinctive finish. 

They are suitable for indoor, balcony or outdoor use. They are made from mixed species Australian hardwood including grey gum and stringy bark. As they are made from hardwood which takes many, many years to decay, they can be placed outside where they will age naturally. They can either be filled with soil or, especially for indoor use, have potted plants placed inside them so plants can be watered and drained elsewhere. 

The timber used has been reclaimed from telegraph pole cross arms which have been had the outer grey timber stripped back.

Measurements: Length 66cm Width 22cm Depth 20cm - The width of the legs adds an extra 4cm to each end lengthwise.

Work in Progress

A few pics of a custom order i am working on at the moment. I'll post some more of the final piece soon. 

And the finished product! This was a custom order from a customer looking for storage for her shoe collection. She loved the legs on my planter and asked for me to combine them with a large storage box with lid.
